Whether or not an entrance exam is required is driven by the course itself, rather than by the school or faculty within which the course sits. If an entrance exam is required, it'll say so on the uni's web page for the course, within the entry requirements section.

Hi @nothoughts

I cannot say this with 100% confidence, but from what I've heard in the past, the only biomedical science degree that requires applicants to sit an exam is Oxford, which has applicants sit the Biomedical Sciences Admissions Test (BMSAT).

There might be some universities with entrance exams I've not heard of, but that's the only one I've come across so far.
