Postgrad Accomodation

I’m in the process of applying for the MPhil in Sociology at Cambridge and am trying to figure out the best college fit. It seems that most colleges don’t have room for postgrads on-campus, with many living off-site, however I’d prefer to live on the college grounds if possible. Does anyone have recommendations for which colleges have the best accommodation for postgrads, preferably with the option to live on (or very close) to the college site? And are certain colleges better for en-suites?

Thank you!

Selwyn has nearly all its PG accommodation on site, and the rest within a minute or two's walk. Wolfson and St Eds have most on-site I think. The challenge is, most Colleges actually have a mix, in different proportions, and you don't really know where you might get allocated. So it's not a plan you can make with much certainty.
