trying to keep calm when i have anxiety

any tips?
Blowing on your thumb- makes it easier to breath slowly and be aware of breathing
Take a walk if youre able to
Listen to some happy music (I recommend AJR as its upbeat or the score as its motivational!)
Have a familiar object with you- like a fidget or a very small stuffed animal to comfort yourself
Try not to feel worried about the reactions of others, they are often more understanding than youd think
Don’t pressure yourself, take your time
