Do i still have a chance to get into medicine (or foundation?)

Hello all, i am a home student, i have done the ucat and I got a very low score of 2260 and band 3, my 9 best gcses score are as follows: 9,9,9,8,8,8,8,7,7
my A LEVELS predicted grades are A,A,A*
I was thinking of applying to a foundation year course to ensure that I have a lower competition with people with a lower ucat too like me. people say i have to have a lower predicted grades in order to be accepted as foundations are mainly for people with lower predicted grades. I also thought of applying to Sunderland Uni for a 5 year medicine course which takes the top 8 deciles for an interview ( I still don't know if I am included in this)
liverpool-5 year course was one of the courses I considered
Dundee as well as it has no cut-off
do you think i have a chance of getting any interviews?

Hey I know how disappointing it is to get the score u didn't want however u have amazing grades and I would suggest applying strategically to med schools that don't put much weight on UCAT such as keele, sunderland and deffo dundee is worth a try, I am also applying there and have heard they only use 40% ucat and 60% academics good luck

Hey, I had a really bad ucat too so dont feel too bad - I'm in the same position. The only issue with the foundation year is that you really need to be predicted ABB and below ideally. Thats the only thing thats really stuck out to me from what ive looked at online
