Joint honours courses which use the word "and" in their title are designed to be a 50:50 split between the two subjects (as opposed to "with" courses, where one subject is dominant). So this course is neither more about Computer Science nor more about Philosophy.

If you want to go into a pure Computer Science role upon graduation, then you might be "out gunned" by those who've done a pure Computer Science degree (as, by definition, they'll have done twice as much Computer Science as you). However, if your interests lean more toward the philosophical applications of computing, then this might be the perfect course for you.
