Uni messed up my timetable

Looking for some advise... this is going to be a long one

So I started at a university as its the only one near me that I could get a place on the course i wanted so i completed my first year then transferred to a uni with less commute, all my credits and transcripts from my previous uni were accepted no issues. Then for the past 2 years i have had the same module keep coming up on my timetable even though i completed it in first year at the other uni. They changed it the first time and said my graduation wouldn't be affected. It came up again this year (2023/2024 teaching) and it took me the whole module to fight the university saying i had already done it and you even apologised for the mess up of my timetable last year. My issue now is ive paid £3k fees £1k maintenance loan and my time was wasted doing the module again for them to say 1 week AFTER i had handed in an assignment thinking they had changed their minds on the acceptance of previous study credits that i didnt in fact need to do the module and apologised yet again but im now an additional 4k in debt and a term late graduating, the uni isnt interested in listening to me so ive opened complaint proceedings however theyre saying i cant move onto 2024/25 teaching as i dont have enough credits (i do have enough)

I dont really know where i stand with it all, my timetable and assignments are live on my student portal and i have said to the uni i will be attending the lectures when the course starts again next week but wondering if anyone has been through something similar? what was the outcome? do i have a leg to stand on if i try and get a refund just for that term? I dont care for the money im happy for it to be sent back to SFE as i know theres money laundering laws etc just dont want to be paying for nothing.

Also i get charged 3 terms fees for 2 terms of teaching the past 2 years?? surely this cant be right?

I study part time while working full time, really im just going through the motions to get the bit of paper at the end to say i have a degree theyre not actually teaching me anything i dont know which makes the whole situation a whole lot more frustrating.

I wont name and shame the uni until i have finished with complaints and legal proceedings as i dont want to jeopardise my case but would appreciate any feedback or similar experiences people have had so i know what ive got coming for me.

TIA
Aimee
