do ppl not care abt their health?

i know this may sound silly but i keep seeing alot of ppl vaping or smoking
i myself is a non smoker but i noticed that ppl dropped the packet on the floor
and it literally says 'smoking kills'
am i the only one who knows that this literally means your heart may become black and you literally die
and they may have heart issues
idk if they are trying to commit or smth
but im very concerned

Being alive kills too, we'll all die and we all consume toxins and cancerogenic stuff. This simply affects some peoples life choices more than others.

We're here for a good time, not for a long time 🗣️

but seriously I don't find the appeal of having literal smoke come out of you, and do the packets HAVE to have the "smoking kills" message on there? its good to have but having it on there willingly is kinda strange

Yeah they're legally forced to add that stuff, the same as when they started making cigarettes only sold in plain packaging with photos of diseased lungs and child coffins on the boxes 😅

I get u but tbh why do people do lots of stuff? Like so many extreme sports are dumb as **** but you could die any day so why not almost? I personally wouldn't but I get the idea bc I love a good adrenaline rush as much as the next person and that also puts your life in danger soooo 🤷*♀️

Its a bit like eating unhealthily, there is no immediate danger so people are relaxed about it. The health effects creep up very slowly and so appear unthreatening. My grandmothers sister/aunt smoked for 81 years of her life and died at 94 from shingles. People will take the risk to satisfy cravings.

i doubt theyre trying to 'commit' esp since, while smoking obvs does kill, it can take a while. its nothing to be concerned abt its not ur body. people can make their own choices and its none of ur business

Hey everyone,
I've been struggling to quit smoking for a while now, and I’m trying to take a more holistic approach to improve my overall health. Quitting hasn’t been easy, but I’ve been focused on making changes that can support my body while I try to kick the habit. Also I recently started taking HGH therapy, due to HGH deficiency. From what I’ve read, HGH can play a huge role in recovery and regeneration, which might be especially helpful for anyone trying to undo some of the damage smoking does to your body.
I found a great resource that explains more about HGH therapy and its benefits for overall health: Nexel Medical. I think it could be helpful for anyone interested in boosting their body's natural repair mechanisms, especially when quitting smoking.
Would love to hear if anyone has tried HGH therapy or has other tips for staying smoke-free!

The way to quit... is just quit.

Life is horrible for people and their decisions to smoke and not care about their health is a reflection of their life experiences. Of course, people don't just smoke because they've been through bad experiences, maybe it helps them to relax or be social. Don't worry about other people smoking, just be happy about the fact you don't. Can't go around trying to save people for their own choices in life, we all live differently and take to life in different ways-just let everything be as it is for them, and change things about yourself if you want to change.

Smoking sucks. But encourage people who smoke, to smoke more. That's right advice, isn't it?

It's not encouraging them to smoke, it's about not interfering with their decisions. They'll give up smoking if they want to, not because a bunch of people tell them to quit.

No, this depends. People can be convinced by 3 types - society, close people or yourself. They can quit via societal pressure, peer pressure or low self-esteem. :pizza:

But it's their decision to make ultimately whether they quit or not.
