Warwick/Coventry Uni - Replacement housemate needed ASAP - Sheriff Avenue, Canley

Looking for someone to take over my double room ASAP in a 7-bed, 3 bathroom house in Canley. It is just a ~10 minute walk to Tesco and Warwick uni.

The other housemates all male. They are really friendly, a mix of postgrad and undergrad doing physics/engineering etc.

It is a 12-month tenancy from 01/08/24 - 31/07/25 but I have already paid for the month of August. £490 pcm all bills included
