Technical Customer Success Executive

Hey all,

I have a Job Interview for a position as a Technical customer success executive. But I’m unsure of how to be able to prepare please. I got told it will be competency based, so I am aware of the importance of the star method and I have examples to mind but in regards to preparation what sort of questions do I practice for especially skill based since that’s what competency interviews are… The employer listed me some for example customer excellence, teamwork and time management but that’s it. And since I have time for my Interview I really want to ace it but be fully prepared and confident at the same time.

Please provide me with any tips and advice please and any resources you may have any past experience would be helpful too.
