Entering qualifications for international UCAS application

I am an international student filling in my UCAS application. I am a bit confused with the part where I put my qualifications. My courses were not in English. We are tested from 4 subjects, but we can choose a language and provide a language certificate of the language to bypass the test, therefore not obtaining a grade from it but having completed the mandatory 4 exams. How would I implement this? Do i write the exam names in my native language?
I read somewhere that most universities don't look at the modules part and directly request the official transcript instead. Is this true? Should I then not worry about putting the modules?

Hi, I am currently in a situation similar to yours, except I studied in America. This Reddit thread (albeit a few years old) has some useful information regarding inputting modules and qualifications. https://www.reddit.com/r/AskUK/comments/damhgs/filling_out_ucas_as_an_american_what_the_hell_am/

Hope this helps and best of luck!
