4 Highers at S5, law at Glasgow/Edinburgh

Hi, im in S5 taking 4 highers predicted 4 As in PE, English, Biology and History. I really want to go to either glasgow/edinburgh to do law but do i need 5 highers in S5 to do this? Its too late for me to add on another higher at my school. If i was to take 3 advanced highers next year would i have a chance to get in ? i feel as if i could get atleast AAB. But if i was to do this, how many n5s do i need? Because i currently only have 4 all at A grades. Thanks so much.

i'd speak to ur guidance teacher now and take another higher like Modern Studies, or sociology or politics.
they should allow u to do it, but you'd have to catch up

You can stay into S6 and do more highers in that year

Yeah you wouldn't be able to apply for law at Glasgow or Edinburgh with only 4 Highers in S5. You should look into other unis; Aberdeen only requires 4 Highers to get in (all at A though lol) and I think Dundee only want 4 as well.
