Dropping my business and studying a good degree while write/act

I am a qualified makeup artist and spent thousands on makeup courses. I have been building as a freelancer but it has not gpne great. I borrowed a small loan and buit a business plan. Ive even went for programs that help with business but was rejected.

My main passion is acting and writing and wanted to build my own business to work around it and fund my projects. Its not progressing and im sick of spending money and getting rejected from programs. I am also autistic.

I am considering dropping the business and study a stable degree. Any advice?
