Advice needed

Okay, heres the deal.

Im 23, I have severe anxiety and ptsd. Ive attempted to go back to uni for 4 years, and did so this week, but immediantly had a breakdown and went home. I am now convinced I am too traumatised to do a degree, but I cannot live at home anymore, with my toxic parents. what do I do?

Are you receiving any mental health support at the moment, and are the disability team at your university aware of your mental health conditions?
Hi there,

You did incredibly well to give going back to university another go. We hear how difficult this must have been going back and then returning home. You deserve to have support, this could be within university if this is with the mental health support staff or careers support so you can share what is happening with them and explore options.
