Have you contacted Uni of Birmingham to see if they can provide a list of private accommodation in the local area if they are full with student accommodation? - JD

Hi,

I would keep in contact with the University of Birmingham's accommodation team as they will be able to let you know if/when there are any vacancies that may appear and then you could move into any accommodation there.

I hope this helps,

Hi there,

Based on my experience - the first thing you need to do is to look into your current tenancy agreement. 90% chance that you will still need to pay off the rent for the year even if you want to move out. Check it first, and then we can brainstorm some ideas!

Take care,
Ilya
