If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

BAE video interview

Hi everyone how do know that I am successful after video interview from BAE. I received insight feedback from them, does it relate to progression to the next stage? because most of the insights are positive.

Hi, also done the video interview. The feedback does not relate to progression but I received this email from them:

"Thank you for your application for the position of Graduate Project Manager.

As you can imagine we have received a large number of applications when we opened our vacancies in September. At present your application is still under review, and we will notify you on how your application is progressing as soon as we can. The top scoring assessment results determine who is taken forward to interview. We will also be looking at your 2nd and 3rd choice of roles, if your 1st choice role is over subscribed. We are aiming to give you a final outcome on your application at the latest by the end of January 2025.

Please note, we will always advise you on the final outcome of your application, including if we decide not to progress your application any further."

So looks like all applicants might be waiting a while I'm assuming. However your candidate profile will probably update on your progress before they send an email.
