Barclays 2025 Graduate Program

Any one who has completed the Barclays online test and is waiting for the VI or have received the VI ? I gave my OT 5 days back but still didn't hear anything regarding VI.

Completed mine last night but no response. Just a quick question if you fail the online test do you get an automatic rejection straight away ?

Previous year I gave the barcalys assessment and failed and that immediately popped in the window.

I did my OT 2 weeks back, still no response. The application portal still says "Screen tests in progress".

Yes I got a rejection after a week of completing the tests. I think if you fail the tests you get a instant rejection and if you hit the benchmark they look at the application as a whole

I dont think they look at application 7k-10k people applies not possible to look at all of them one by one

Anyone who has applied to any Barclays Grad roles, on the workday portal does your application say 'Preliminary Conversations'? For context I applied for the S&T role around early September.
