Extra Time In Job Interview Tests
I am currently applying for jobs, and I have to take online tests for these, which stress me out a lot and I struggle to concentrate with. I am ND and receive extra time in university exams but I am worried if I ask and fill in the reasonable adjustments form there will be unconscious bias against me and I will seem bad and untrustworthy to recruiters. Does anyone have any advice?
