NHS bursary full tuition funding for Dentistry

Hey all,
I'm a prospective grad applicant for Cardiff's BDS course. As the degree is a 5 year standard entry this would count as my second degree and would mean I am ineligible for tuition fee funding from SFE. However I noticed that NHS Wales tends to offer an NHS bursary which covers the full cost of tuition fees and some maintenance. Is anyone able to confirm whether this is the case for Dentistry / Medicine in Wales?
