Maintenance loan

Yesterday my university has started the process of suspending all maintenance loans to conduct an investigation into attendance for everyone that started my course in october.
The only thing is the payment is due on Monday so Friday midnight. On the sfe website it states that the payment is ready to be paid. Will their action cause the payment to not arrive or have they left it too late ?
Hi there,

If the university send us an emergency stop notice then the payment could be blocked. If they do not send anything then you will be paid. Did you start your course in October 2023 and you are still on the same academic year? Or is this a payment for the new academic year?

Thanks, Drew

I started in October 2023 yes.

If they sent an emergency stop notice would there not be a reflection of this in my sfe portal ? It still says ready to be paid and it has been 24 hours since i recieved the email.
Hi there,

If they had sent this your payments would show as blocked.

Thanks, Drew
