A level Chemistry vs Physics

I am currently taking Maths, Fm, Econ and Classics for A level. I want to drop Classics however my school won’t let me yet as they say it is too soon. I am thinking of switching from classics to either Chemistry or Physics and am tied on which one to choose. At university I am fairly sure I want to study either maths, econ or a combination of the two. Engineering sounds interesting but the others appeal more to me, I feel I would prefer chemical engineering over mechanical. For context, at GCSE I got 99 in combined science and a strong 8 in maths. What are people’s thoughts on which I should swap to?
