Nobody been replying to my threads. And I desperately need advice. I have a competency interview coming up for a Technical customer success executive, the employer said to focus on core competencies such as customer excellence, teamwork and time management and use examples with the star method what sort of questions can I anticipate or expect please? Has anyone been in a similar situation or experienced this before and has anyone got any resources to help please I desperately want this Job. I already passed my first step Interview now I need to pass the face to face. Please, Please, Please. I got literally 4 days to prepare as the Interview on Monday and I know I have short time thank you :frown:

Thank you Jasmine I hope I done enough and what’s to be is to be I guess. I practiced questions such as going above and beyond…dealing with a difficult customer….Where I worked as part of a team and How I manage my time. I had 4 examples from the top of my head and I hope that’s enough. I followed a 2,1,1 approach and I stuck to the basics and stuck safe.

I give up I gave everything but I give up I’m not made for a role in IT it’s not for me.

Yo, I get that frustration, for real 😔. But giving up just means you're one step away from a breakthrough you haven’t seen yet. IT can be tough, and it’s totally okay to feel like it’s not clicking right now. Doesn't mean you’re not cut out for it though!
Sometimes we gotta fail a few times before stuff starts making sense. Maybe take a break, breathe, and come back to it later with fresh eyes. But also, if you really feel like it’s not your thing, that’s cool too—there’s no rule that says you gotta stick to one path. You’re way more than just one role or field. Take your time, find what feels right, and don’t be hard on yourself. You got this 💯!
