no feelings in general

To be concise I'm sick of living like this (waking up late, procrastinatoon, friends over studies,eating unhealthy) so imma fully lock in.
I'm not gonna feel anything. If I do I'll prevent it
In class I've had lots of times where I just can't stop laughing eg today I just had a laughing fit for some reason wth I look like an idiot.
I'm not necessarily gonna be sad just not feel anything. I'm not gonna be sad or happy or excited just live my life like a character in a video game (have daily tasks need to be done only eat certain foods etc.)
So my journey starts now. I will not feel.

Just go and get some professional medical advice in the first instance.
Ask yourself 'do I feel normal' and if you don't know the answer still go and get some medical advice.

If you are sick of being in a rut and don't like the way your life is happening change it.

Join a boxing group and use their life disciplined routines. Or just make your own plans, eat well, exercise gently, look after your amazing human body and start out with a sense of purpose. You choose to either do something or not. Your alone make your own life.
