Assuming you're talking about the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Applied Science (worth three A levels), and not one of the smaller BTECs, then yes.
One such example would be Aston University, in Birmingham. In terms of GCSEs they say "Five GCSEs all at grade C/4 and must include Maths and English Language or English Literature." In terms of the BTEC they say, "National Extended Diploma (RQF)" / "D*D*D*" / "The BTEC subject must be Applied Science with which you do not require an additional A Level." (See here for details.)

There are likely others too - I haven't checked.
Okay thank you! Do you know where I can check for anymore? I tried checking on ucas but there is not option to filter it to 4 in English language so it is quite hard for me to navigate

I rarely search using UCAS - it's appalling. I found Aston above just by searching on Google for: btec applied science pharmacy. The first non-ad hit was Manchester, but they need a GCSE grade 5. Aston was the second hit.
There's no easy way to do this, you're going to have to check uni web sites individually.to check their GCSE grades and to check whether they'd accept your BTEC.
