How old are you, exactly? And are you male or female.

Female, 18
- do a 5-10 min really high intensity workout it helps w ur metabolism and like makes digesting ur food better for the rest of the day
- from an ayurvedic perspective ur 'digestive fire' is also better at 12- 2pm so lunch time so u should have ur heaviest meal there and not at dinner time or lunch
- insulin is a fat storing hormone. so make sure u don't snack in between meals( unless it's paired with a protein sourcse) otherwise insulin levels will rise and u may end up storing more fat hence end up looking more chubby
- cut down sugary treats and sugary drinks (but don't completely eradicate them from ur diet or commonly binging stems from severe restriction of food groups)
- be happy and healthy: there's no need to count ur calories as long as your meals are mostly full of veggies and proteins and some healthy fats. maybe cut down on ur carb intake a tiny bit it will help

keep a positive relationship with food and stay healthy (: (from a fat to skinny person these tips really helped me personally)
If you're unable to go to the gym, you can look up videos on weight loss online and choose one or more based on your personal requirements. Also, you will have to be a little conscious about what you're eating and how many calories you're consuming as opposed to how many calories you're losing. (Doesn't mean you should go about calculating the cal, it's more about choosing healthy which usually tends to have less calories than processed foods in general) Perhaps you can start with consciously walking 10,000+ steps to get yourself in the mood for exercise. ++ it is absolutely normal to have a fluctuating weight during your teenage (and throughout life in general) so don't beat yourself up over it <3

How are you not able to eat healthy? I get not being able to go to the gym because of work/study schedule or potentially social anxiety but eating healthy is pretty easy. I've had (imo pretty ridiculous) responses to posts where people say things like lunch meats give you cancer and you can't be eating healthily if you ever have something unhealthy as a treat. But as long as you eat a good few portions of fruit and veg a day, get enough protein, and eat in a calorie deficit you'll be eating relatively healthy and will be losing weight. Also exercise doesn't have to be at the gym, you could go for a run or do at home workout videos in your room.
