Job resignation
I have resigned from my job to stop an investigation after a fact find. I am currently off work due to mental health issues. If they decide to still call me in for a disciplinary meeting during my notice period and I avoid going will they drop it once my notice period has ended?

What does your company handbook/HR department say about disciinary procedures?

I don't know. I don't know what happens after a fact find. Can it go straight to a disciplinary hearing from a fact find or is there an investigation meeting in between?
