Best university for 3rd year after completing my Hnd in computing.

So i was doing some research and found out most good universities don't really consider HNCs and HNDs for some reason although i got really good grades, most universities just don't have the option to enroll you onto the second or third yr of university. And I've particularly noticed this in the university's in London. The ones out of London do indeed recognize the HNC/HND as an alternative to year 1&2 of a degree course. So my question is after I complete my HND in computing which is the best or highest ranked university in London or uk that takes in hnd students to complete they're 3rd year degree course in computer science.
