Deloitte 2025 grad scheme

For the initial Immersive Online Assessment, arethere any video interviews? Or is that for the jobsimulation only? I applied for tax grad

Hi, I have received an email from Deloitte saying I was unsuccessful at application stage. But no explanations or reasons were attached. Also my previous year application was put on hold. Does anyone have the same issue or is it something only with me?

Yeah hopefully they do. As you said this is actually confusing like we haven’t rejected but not selected you either lol.
And I might not have yet passed the threshold for next stage in first round so hopefully in the second round as they said. I believe applications already closed for this on 29th September.

“ Thank you for completing the online assessment for the Full Time Graduate programme at Deloitte. We were very impressed with your application.
We received a high volume of responses to this role and are conducting another round of assessments shortly. While we haven't selected your application for the first round, we may be in touch within the next month to invite you to participate in this next stage.
If you haven't heard back from us within a month, your application will automatically be added to our talent pool for consideration in future opportunities at Deloitte. “
Is this a bad news ? And anyone else with the same update ?

when they say next round of assessments - do they mean the Job simulation right ?

because Iv seen people get that kind of message once they have passed the 2nd stage of the assessment.

Does anyone know if invitation to Job Simulation is guaranteed after the Online assessment?

Received the invite to the Job Simulation today and completed it. Anyone else received theirs?

Hey, I got This after I completed it “Thank you for completing Deloitte’s Online Assessment for our Full Time Graduate programme. This email is to confirm we’ve received your responses and you'll receive the outcome of Online Assessment within 3 weeks.”
Has any one else received the same thing, or is that a bad thing to get? I’m stressing now cause people are saying they got an update in 2-5 days

No it is not. Although I don't think you'll have to wait long. I found out 2 days later that I had passed it.
