If you get shortlisted for tax consulting at Deloitte for example, is it specific to the team you applied for within tax consulting. For example, assume I applied for Equity and Incentives specialism within tax consulting and got shortlisted, does that mean that I can only get an offer if someone from Equity and incentives drops theirs?
