Okay, but do you know when we give our references, will the security watchdog (Deloitte's screening partner) service ask for a normal employment reference or an actual performance reference?

For the exam policy you get 2 attempts per certificate level exam

For professional level, you get a second attempt but can have a below 45% fail in your first attempt

Advanced level also allows resits but I'm not sure how many

Hi all,
Does anyone know what the exam policy is like for ACA qualification?
As well as when will we find out what our actual salaries are as in my contract they said that my remuneration figures were not confirmed and I will be notified in due course.
Plus, at what stage do they start checking the references?
And is it mandatory that you put the HR departments email address, or can it also be my line managers?
Because as for some reason my line manager is heavily insisting that his name goes down and not HR's for some reason.
Furthermore, do deloitte do something like time off in liue if you work overtime as they have said that they wont be pay for any overtime worked?
Thanks in advance!

Hi

Regarding renumeration confirmation I was also told the same but not yet updated.

Background checks should start 120 days before start date based on my last email from them

For the exam policy you get 2 attempts per certificate level exam

References should come from HR and I assume just state your occupation, place of work, dates work - so not much detail

I don't think that there is a formal time off in lieu policy but maybe check

Have you joined the LinkedIn group yet as I requested to join but haven't been admitted yet

For professional level, you get a second attempt but can have a below 45% fail in your first attempt

Advanced level also allows resits but I'm not sure how many

There's should be a study policy doc on service now - the onboarding app that they told us to download

I have my FSA this week and this was very helpful, thank you! I’m preparing my discussion now and I’m not really sure where to take it. I’m applying to audit so I know I need to relate my topic to this service but am I meant to come up with a completely new AI related service that Deloitte could introduce or just discuss the positives and negatives of AI in Audit in general? Deloitte are already using several different AI tools so coming up with something they haven’t yet done is quite difficult? I hope that makes sense!

hi im in the same boat. how did you address this as i am building on their current AI for an opportunity

Heyy, I can’t remember my exact title but I ended up just speaking about the general positives and negatives and related it where I could to audit specifically (I did get the offer for context). Honestly don’t stress about it they just want to see that you can carry a conversation and be critical. Not sure what instruction you have this year but I was allowed to use my laptop with all my notes on it. Good luck and let me know if you have anymore questions.

Anything with your points works fine. They don’t check it, it’s just to help you remember your findings.
