Just got it as well. What did your feedback look like? My top strengths were collaboration, works inclusively and integrity. Development area was ownership.

I just got my feedback report, I got learning agility, ownership and collaboration as my strengths and working inclusively as my weakness. I hope we hear back about next steps soon!

did anyone apply for the "Digital Business Services - Engineering Graduate Programme"? i did the first stage "simulate" on nov 1st (which i swear i bottled), but then the next day they said i made it through to the 2nd round which was a codility, which i did on the 5th of nov. since then i have recived feedback on the codilty (nothing useful or tailored to me from i can see) and my personality feedback report (highest strengths are drive, learning agility and inegrity, with lowest being ownership).

anyone applied to the same scheme?

I applied for the data scheme on the 9th and got a codility invite last Friday. I was surprised I had to do a coding challenge since the programme didn’t mention this. I’ve done python at uni but I don’t know what to expect for this since I didn’t study computer science or data science

Hello, can you please tell me what kind of questions you got.

I can't share the questions. I can just say practice some leetcode problems

Has anyone heard back for AC's.

Has anyone heard back for AC's.

I haven't. I just did the initial video interviews and have not heard anything back since, I presume it's a rejection.

I got my feedback report sent last week and said they just started reviewing my application. I applied as soon as the role opened which was a month ago. They might just be very slow

Hi everyone, I did the codility assessment for the tech grad programme based in HK today, just wondering if anyone else has done it and how long it took to get an application status update email after completing it. Thanks

I applied to engineering too, did my codility yesterday and got the feedback report today. There were no strengths (like there was in my JS assessment feedback), only development tips. I presume this means I did really badly but I have not received my results yet. The codility assessment was much harder than other coding assessments I’ve done, and I only passed all test cases for 2/4 problems. The 3rd problem I passed half test cases, and the last question I didn’t even have time to attempt. How did you find the test?

When did you apply and hear back? I'm in the process of the tech scheme, the codility was quite tough. wbu?

Have you heard back from them after the codility test? I thought it was quite hard, much harder than other coding assessments I’ve done…

passed all the test cases and questions, except the last one, which was restricted to programming languages i wasnt good in (im only good at python). my codility feedback report also had no strengths, however i dont think its meant to. i also suspect everyone got the same codility feedback, because i feel like mine wasnt personalised at all?

Did anyone’s codility test have an AI assistant? Mine had one and I ended up using quite a bit for my SQL task since I only know the basics. Scared I might get rejected for using it to come up with an answer 🤣

Ah good job! Yeah I had a brief look at the last q and had the same problem, I only know python and R. Yeah my feedback only said like follow coding creators on social media and look at web source code etc. but I already do that so I don’t think it’s personalised at all. I hope they actually review the code and don’t just pass candidates to the next round solely based on the final score, but I guess we will see!

Yes mine had an AI assistant but I was also scared to use it. Someone said they look at peoples IDE throughout the exam so I didn’t want them to see me use it so much so I decided not to use it at all. So lucky you got to pick SQL as a language for the last q. What program did you apply for?

Data programme. I couldn’t use anything other than SQL for the last question. I only know how to code in python so I kinda had to rely to the chatbot to solve the SQL question. Also, the job description for my role didn’t even mention needing a coding background so I was a bit surprised I had to do a coding assignment.

i also had an ai chatbot which id never seen before. was skeptical on using it since it says before the exam no ai chatbots allowed. i only used it for the last question where i asked it about the fact the last question doesnt let me use python. it said "focus on the question" or something oddly rude 😭
