Approach social work 2025 cohort (Frontline programme)

Hey,
Couldn’t see a thread/discussion around the Approach social work - formerly known as the frontline programme for the 2025 cohort so thought I would start one.

Has anyone applied? I have done my application and did my online test yesterday. Hoping to hear back soon!

I made my application last week and received confirmation that I had passed the test. Now, I'm waiting for them to review it. I'm not sure how long it takes to review the application, but it's been over a week now, so I'm wondering if perhaps I haven't quite cut it. Edit: literally just got the email a few seconds ago confirming the application has been accepted. Now I need to upload my documents

Hey, congratulations on passing the test!
I completed my application two days ago and have just completed the online test and I am now awaiting my results.
How did you find the video interview? I heard that it is very difficult?

Hi, I made my application two weeks ago and did the online test, I passed the test two days ago and now they’re assessing my application. I’m nervous because I’ve lost my gcse certificates. I applied for a copy a week ago but it says it can take up to 20 days to process but they’re currently busy so it may take longer and then on top of that 5 days postage time. I’m nervous that they’ll all for the certificates and I won’t have them to upload in time. Also do they ask to submit the certificates for maths and English or just English please?

I'm still on a date for the assessment center, so I'm yet to do the video interview. From a few posts from last year, it did seem that there were a few people that found it difficult, but I think they've changed a few things this year, so hopefully, it isn't as difficult.

I'm in the same boat. However, I've emailed them, and they confirmed that for the time being, I could upload the email from the exam board to verify that I've requested a copy of my English GCSE.

Yeah, I’m nervous for that, but I’m sure it’ll be okay

Submitted my application form on Thursday and my online test yesterday so hopefully won’t have to wait too long to find out if I passed it or not 🤞🏻
Hi, I submitted my application last week, was notified I passed the online test and that they are now looking over my application. Still not heard anything back yet from there. Bit anxious as I submitted my application on the 16th, and now it has been over a week. I really hope I make the cut.

Try and stay positive and keep your mind busy (that’s what I’m trying to tell myself, lol). Did you receive an email from them? Saying they were in the process of screening your application.🙂

Hi, thanks 🙂 yes I did. Glad I passed the test to be fair as I found it longer than I expected! Hoping with my work experience that my application gets through with a breeze but you never know! Best of luck to you too

Hey everyone! Just wondered, has anyone heard back yet if their application has been successful? And if you’ve booked onto an assessment date. The wait is killing me, haha.

I passed the application and online test, they requested my certificates and stuff so sent them off and it said to wait for an assessment centre invite which could take up to 3 weeks

How long did the process take? I submitted my application a week ago passed the online test at the end of last week, and I’ve been waiting since then to hear if my application has been accepted.
