m&s job

hi,

i applied for a retail job at m&s and this is my very first retail job. since i'm new i have a few questions and would be really grateful if anyone could guide me please?

they sent over a contract but didn't mention any shift hours/days. the job i applied for advertised the shift hours on weekends - will this be the same then or will they make me work weekdays?

they told me a start date but didn't mention the timing and i wasn't told abt training or induction - is this normal?

Hi I recently got accepted for a job at M&S.The manager of the store texted me confirming hours and told me I got the job and the following week I got the contract through which didn’t say the hours.I think they wait till several new people to do training as it’s not at usual store most of time
