Help Predicted grades for Medicine

Hi,
please can anyone advise...is there a space for mitigating circumstances for predicted grades as school as said they may not increase predicted grades. i have a meeting with school...they have on record my sibling's mental health issues (her behaviour made it difficult to study since 2020). This year my youngest aunty's cancer came back and she passed and we still have stuff happening for her culturally at weekends etc. my stats:
iGCSE's 9988887776
UCAT 2980 SJT 3

school have been discouraging to say don't think about medicine, i've decided that if they wont increase predictions, and i don't get offer this year, i will reapply next year, of of course i'd rather not, hence the advise.
