Access course to science

I started doing an access course to science this September and i would like to do pharmacy at university and the unis I’m going to apply to require straight distinctions in chemistry and biology, so I’m scared that I won’t be able to achieve them especially that my teachers said that no resubmissions are allowed so can someone who already has done the access course to science help me and tell me how difficult it is to get all distinctions? And is there any websites that can help me or if you know any private tutors or any examples of how my work should be to achieve distinctions

Kind of challenging, but not as difficult as A Levels. I don't know what your experiences (and hence benchmarks) are, so it's difficult to say.

I think your focus should be on the grade descriptors and whether you have provided substantial evidence to meet all of the pass, merit, and distinction criteria.

If you need to do any maths related units, you're expected to get as many correct answers as possible.

I got an offer from the uni to do a foundation year for pharmaceutical school then I could have transferred to pharmacy after but I would have had to get 70% so do you think I should have picked that over the access course because I keep thinking about it
