Botched circumcision

So basically when I was a baby, my parents wanted me to get circumcised. We were in a 2nd world country at the time, I don’t know the exact reason but my aunt was the one who performed the circumcision and I believe she may have messed up as I now have odd skin formations such as a skin bridge on the shaft where I was cut, a large looking frenulum and a singular bump slightly below. I have been conscious of this since I was about 9 and I’m about to turn 19. I had an appointment set up with the GP on my 18th birthday to check it and was told since it’s non cancerous I should just leave it. This is probably the only insecurity I have and I’m considering seeking surgery.
