No cas, accommodation or course registrations

im from international foundations and is guaranteed a 2024 entry offer to Durham Uni, but why the heck am I not receiving my cas (they said they'll release it tmr or on saturday), accommodation or even a confirmation of our enrolment? fr fed up with their automatic replies and it's only a week left before uni starts and i dont even know whether im homeless or not, not to mention whether im actually enrolled in the uni or not.

can anyone tell me what should I do, or if the authorities see this can you solve the problem asap cuz there're hundreds of international students waiting for ur reply and we're all technically homeless and degree-less.

I'm so sorry to hear about this, I know how stressful it is to wait for a CAS and not knowing whether you haven't got accommodation is definitely added stress you don't need. In terms of what to do about your CAS, you'll have to wait until Saturday as they have stated it should be issued by then; if its not issued by Saturday, I would recommend getting in contact with the progression team at the Durham ISC as well as the CAS team at Durham. If you still have not heard back about college accommodation, then I would advise contacting your college (by phone or email) and setting up an appointment with a college officer. If you still have not received your login details for enrolment, please be on the lookout for two emails (one for your username and one for your password) and check your junk and spam folders as well 🙂
