Anyone here with foliculitis?

Specifically the scalp? i seem to have it or something similar to it since starting antibiotics (doxy) for an unrelated illness. antibiotics for foliculitis hasn't done much, nor has nizarol, and doctor said after doing a culture test its not bacterial or fungal so not really sure what to do. But worried about it - its annoying as its itchy and sometimes painful, and i'm also concerned it could cause hair loss. its mostly on the back of my scalp.
