Special support grant wales

Hi I was wondering if anyone else is in the sane boat as myself. I applied for student finance Wales months ago, my application was approved and I received my entitlement. Since my payments have been scheduled but the special support grant isn't on the scheduled payments. After many times of contacting student finance Wales regarding this over no the u keep being told there's a problem with everybody's special support grants being scheduled and it will be fixed. But weeks are passing and still no change and still the grants not been scheduled with my other payments. I'm due to start on my course again very soon and it's worrying me that my payments aren't all scheduled still. Is anybody else experiencing this problem with their special support grant also?
