Abs journey

So, I'm a girl. I have a little meat on my thighs. Not too much. I have a flat stomach but when I sit you can see the rolls of my skin. I want to get some toned abs and maybe even an hourglass like figure. I'm also thinking about getting slimmer thighs. My current weight is 175 and I currently stand in the overweight section for my BMI any tips how to get those abs with quick results? I'm not looking to go so fast. Maybe 2 months. But I don't want to change my diet completly cause that'll probably change the way I do stuff day to day a lot. Any tips?

So there's actually only a few things to do to get you abs: are hanging leg raises and cable crunches, those two exercises are the only ones that actually build muscle in the abdominal region the rest just tighten the area up. Having said that other ab exercises such as normal sit ups and crunches and Russian twists do strengthen your core so still make sure to do that. The other thing that'll give you abs is a calorie deficit. We all technically have abs their just under layers of body weight. Your actually at a very healthy weight (BMI scores are rubbish) but a calorie deficit along with leg exercises such as squats and rdl's will help your legs. Finally cardio, i personally like fasted cardio in the mornings i feel like its the best for stomach and leg weight especially, the elliptical machine is my favorite as it builds muscle with the resistance at the same time as doing cardio and follow your cardio workouts with the sauna if you have time :smile:.
