Geography NEA sampling methods

I'm currently writing my methodology and I'm a bit stuck on what sampling methods to use for some methods such as photography, EQI, cleanliness index, index of decay, land use survey, personal observations

For context my NEA is investigating whether the Stratford regeneration was successful

Soundscapes are always a good one to measure human activity (traffic, road works etc) using a decibel meter. Then you can use different symbols on a map to indicate how loud the areas are (biggest symbols being the loudest, smallest being the quietist). Quantitive data is always good which can be surveying the public and turning that into a word cloud to highlight the most common themes/image of the place. Although I didn't do my project on regeneration, I did base mine on human geography looking into quality of life and ended up with 54/60. So if you do end up needing anymore tips, let me know. Good luck!
