Some people may assume that some amorphous body called "they" regulates everything. In reality, of course, free market Capitalism is only regulated in certain sectors of activity.

OP, your business will succeed or fail as a result of what it has to offer the market, general economic circumstances, and luck. Some good ideas fail. Some bad ideas succeed.

The UK is not East Germany. Nobody is going to be spying on you or monitoring you. Your biggest problem may be getting noticed. Web development businesses are ten a penny.

What if someone contacts me, like an enemy, I do not wish to be involved and they report me saying "they seemed a service but I did not accept it". I don't want to get involved, if I don't wish to, I don't have to.

I can't see through Anon, but here are the previous threads I had in mind when I saw the above.

NB. I am not saying these are all the same OP, but they are good reads for fans of this same vague-posting style and our OP here might want to read the replies as there is good advice for people in similar situations. IE. stressing about whether the police might get involved over... something.

People come up with ideas and then hire other people to execute them all the time. It's basically the entire premise of the executive suite in corporate entities...pretty normal.
