Medicine applicants - predicted grades and ucat

Hey guys! The nightmares of applying with medicine keep going and im back again to ask some questions.
Im a year 2 sixth former and in the process of applying for medicine. As i went to my home country in the summer between year 1 and year 2 i did not spend enough time on my ucat revision and left myself with about 2 weeks of revision which was not enough as i had my studies for alevels as well. My ucat is in 3 days now and i am expecting a really low result. (this is the first nightmare)
I have spoken to my teachers and im predicted a BBB but they said they can get it up to a AAB/ABB. (second nightmare)
So keeping this in mind…what do i do? Do i even apply this year? I mean i have booked my ucat already so might as well see what happens but what unis would actually give me an offer with these grades?
What unis do i apply to with a low ucat and possibly low predicted grades?!?!?
After long time thinking i realised i can take 4 different paths…
1. Apply with medicine see if any unis take me all good and simple
2. Apply with Biomedical science or something like that and then transfer to medicine at the end of first year (heard thats a possibility)
3. Take a gap year and just apply with my a levels and obviously retake the ucat and hope for the best
4. Study something else in uni (lately ive kinda been drawn to teaching science in a secondary as all the pressure of medicine has been too much🤣) so maybe study education or something science-y and get a degree
OR 5. Not really an option but apply for a med uni in my home country Bulgaria but would need to pay cause i can’t get finance and don’t really have the money…

Probably the longest thing ive written so if you have read the whole thing THANK YOU and PLEASE HELP ME 😭

Remember to include a breakdown of your gcses, Ucat and state whether you are contextual

Important: the medical application thread is very busy at this time of the year so be patient💜💜

Good luck!

SIDE NOTE
If you have your heart set on med..take a gap year and re-apply...don't waste money on another degree💜
