People commenting on my bruises

Atm I have bruises all down my arms and legs from several incidents of me falling over drunk and injuring myself. And where I am it’s really hot now so I can’t really wear long sleeves and long pants all the time. I try to wear tights under shorts or long skirts and loose long sleeve shirts but I get really hot and I just want to be able to wear my summer clothes. I went to a lecture in a knee length dress today and got the “omg what happened are you okay?” for like the third time. And sometimes I just say “yeah I get hammered and fall over lol” but idk why I can’t just wear what I want without unsolicited performative sympathy comments on my body
Honestly you may just have to put up with it for a while - I can't see any good way of avoiding it. They mean well. Sorry if this comes across as prescriptive but maybe don't drink so much that you get injured?

Maybe people have genuine concerns and think it's domestic abuse...

This is common, sadly. Mostly people are well-meaning and concerned, though
