Maintenance loan suspension
I'm in a confusing situation with my student finance. My account shows my final maintenance loan payment of £3923 as 'in progress' for September 23, but I've also received a suspension notice stating all payments have been stopped due to attendance issues. Has anyone experienced this before? Will the payment likely go through, or will it be reversed? Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,
If the university have sent a Change of Circumstances Suspension then the payments should be blocked and I would not expect you to receive it. If it did go through I would advise you contact our repayments team and pay it back to us so you are not overpaid.
