Why hasn't Student Finance check my evidence today which is 20th September?

Can you help me with something, my name is Omith....and is 20th September but it hasn't been checked today when I send the post letters some days ago about changing my course to Foundation to Year 1 BSC Software Engineering and add a maintenance loan and evidence... can you please check tomorrow or something.

What residency evidence did you send to us and did you say we received it on the 19th of August? Have you applied as a UK national, Migrant Worker or EU national? Do you have any child dependents on your application?

Is evidence behind the post I send... I have residence status sent on student finance behind another thing I added in the post like my maintenance fee post which my parents filled out.

But it was like this: Thank you for your application for student finance. We need moreinformation from you to confirm your residence status.You need to send us:• a handwritten letter telling us any addresses you lived at from01/09/2021 to present dayDetails needed for the letter:• Each full address and postcode.• The date you moved there and the date you moved out.• There must be no gaps between moving out of one address and movinginto the next.• You must sign this letter.

I would advise you to contact us so we can check your application. To access our live chat service select undergraduate and then ‘contact us’. From here you will be able to use our live chat service when it is available. Alternatively, you can contact us on 0300 100 0607 for further assistance. I advised you to check the opening hours. Live chat is not open on a Sunday and it will be open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
