Have you been grossed out by hearing your parents having sex?

I heard my parents at it for the first time recently and it’s left me kind of traumatised. We live out in the country and at first I thought this was foxes outside then I realised it was coming from my mum. As the yelps got more rapid I realised what I was hearing and it freaked me out. I know they are entitled to a love life but I feel like I shouldn’t have heard this.

Lol there's nothing wrong with it. I've walked in my parents doing it and I'm fine with that because it's what they want to do. You don't need to react in a disgusted way, just walk away and try to flush the image out of your head by thinking about Garfield eating Lasagna.

are you serious how did you walk in on them and how about when your trying to sleep and all you hear is that. i know they can do whatever they want but i did not want to hear that.

I just entered the room and they were both all over each other in the buff. I've heard my brother doing it with a girlfriend too, it's just what happens when you live with other people who do their own things in the household. Might not be pleasant or wanted, but if you really want to get some sleep then concoct a plan so that their intimacy is interrupted. For example, get someone like an aunt or a grandparent on the phone and tell them to phone one of your parents-that'd probably sap the enthusiasm right out of them, so you might be able to sleep after doing that.
