Urgent tenancy takeover!!
Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in copperas house due to a change of circumstances. At Copperas House you will be situated in a great location close to the universities, Liverpool City Centre, supermarkets and transport facilities. All bedrooms feature large beds, walk-in showers, big wardrobes and the kitchens are fitted with full-size hobs, ovens, microwaves, kettles, toasters and large fridge freezers. Copperas house is particularly useful if you are going to John moores university as it is a short walk from the mount pleasant campus. The rent is £159 a week for a 42 week contract. if you are a 1st year student at ljmu you can go through the accommodation team. Room is available from the 22nd September.
