Dentistry stats worth applying??? Help
My situation: I am a gap year student, resitting A Level Biology Chemistry and Psychology.
It’s my dream to study dentistry but I need honest help deciding if it is even worth applying this year with my stats.
My stats:
GCSE: 8877776654
7 Maths, 6 English Lang
Achieved 2024 A Level grades that I am resitting : EED
Predicted : AAA
UCAT score for 2024 entry : 2270 Band 2
UCAT score for 2025 entry : 2250 Band 1
I’m in pickle and really would like honest feedback and the best advice possible.

I recon it’s always worth the try, and the end of the day you never know if you’ll get lucky. However very very few places accept resits, only Bristol,Sheffield, KCL and Leeds accept resits and they typically have a ucat cut off higher than what you achieved. It may be worth looking at a foundation year but I don’t know anything about those
