I've got a faux leather jacket which I've had for years & I find it goes well with most of my other clothes so I still wear it fairly regularly now. A standard look for me, depending on the weather & where I'm going would be a cashmere sweater, smart silk blouse or t shirt, a few of which are brightly coloured or have bold patterns- I think it's good to contrast black with something brighter.

Lower half- miniskirts are a regular look for me throughout the year & in spring/ summer I'll sometimes wear denim shorts. When I do wear trousers I've got a couple of pairs in distinctive colours.

Footwear- in warmer weather either Converse or ankle boots & when it's colder I'll wear my knee high boots or Doc Martens with my socks pulled up over the top of my boots if I'm wearing them with a skirt.
Also as soon as it gets into autumn I'll usually wear a scarf to complete my outfit.
