Do Canadian universities accept foundation year courses for admission?

You'll have to ask them directly, but it's unlikely. They will want qualifications that match standards they can benchmark. It's likely that a Foundation year doesn't do that, because it is aimed at getting students tot he specific standard required for that uni. it isn't for example, set up to be equivalent to A levels. Ask them though, they might if you can detail the modules and have grades etc.
